1. Submit the Booking Form
Start by filling out our Book a Walk Form with a few details about your pup and your preferred schedule. We’ll reach out to confirm availability, answer questions, and send over a full intake form before we meet.
2. Schedule a Meet & Sniff
We’ll set up a quick in-person meet-and-greet to ensure your dog feels comfortable with us. It’s the perfect chance for us to learn your pup’s routine, ask questions, and earn their trust from day one.
3. Choose Your Plan
After the intake, we’ll help you choose what works best:
A monthly membership (for consistent weekly walks at a discounted rate)
Or flexible, pay-as-you-go walks based on your schedule
4. Custom Match & Walk Plan
We’ll create a walk plan that fits your dog’s needs, energy level, and social preferences. Whether it’s solo strolls or curated group pack walks, every detail is chosen with care.
5. First Walk & Real-Time Updates
Your pup gets their first official Soft Paws Society walk, with real-time text, photo, and video updates so you never have to wonder how it’s going. You’ll know when we arrive, what they sniffed, and how happy they were after.
6. Ongoing Care & Communication
As your pup’s needs shift, we adapt. We keep communication open, maintain consistency with walkers, and always aim to be a trusted extension of your home. Every step is intentional. Every paw is cared for.
